Saint Rose Athletics Hall of Fame
Renae Ransdell was part of an era that transformed Golden Knights women’s soccer into a national power. She was a three-time Northeast-10 Conference All-League pick (2002, 2003, and 2004) and a three-time National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All-New England selection (2002, 2003, and 2004). The third all-time leading point producer in school annals (103), she stands fifth all-time in goals (38) and fourth all-time in assists (27) having graduated as the school record holder in the latter category. Ransdell, who is currently an assistant coach at Saint Rose, was the lone player up until 2010 to record double digits in both goals and assists in a single season (13g, 11a – 2002). Ransdell furthermore owns two of the top-five single-season point totals in Saint Rose history.
