Kailey Egbert was a 2008 National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All-American and Scholar All-American, and a two-time Northeast-10 Conference All-League and Academic All-Conference pick. The three-time team captain was an NCAA Woman of the Year National Semifinalist as a senior, one of just 30 such honorees from throughout the country at any level. She was also honored as the NE10 Woman of the Year and as a College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-American®. Egbert was a key component on the Golden Knights 2008 NCAA Championship National Semifinal team and the 2007 and 2008 NE10 Championship squads, along with the 2006 regular-season championship side. Egbert closed out her career tied for 15^th all-time in school annals in goals (25), tied for 16^th in assists (17), and 18^th in points (67).
