Caryn Coughtry was twice honored as a New York Collegiate Athletic Conference (NYCAC) All-League pick. She was also a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) and NAIA District 31 All-Star in 1991 when she helped lead the Golden Knights to a 30-4 record, and NAIA District and Bi-District titles that qualified them for the National Championship in Columbia, Missouri. She was twice honored as an Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) All-Star and helped propel the Golden Knights to the 1993 ECAC Mid-Atlantic Championship as a senior. Caryn posted a single-season school record .430 batting average that year. She also drove in 76 runs, struck out a mere two times in 100 at-bats, and finished 12th in the country with 0.59 walks per-game.
