Saint Rose Athletics Hall of Fame
Mary Ann Grennon Beaury, a 1982 graduate, was a two-time MVP on basketball teams that put together two undefeated NAC seasons (1980-1982). After transferring to Saint Rose in her junior year, Mary Ann led the team in scoring and steals toward the program’s first trip to the NYSAIAW state tournament and a 22-5 record. In her senior season, this versatile player led the team in steals and assists and completed her two-year career among the top-five all-time in scoring (673, 12.4 per-game). She held the single-game record in assists (11) and steals (12) as well as the single-season record in assists (138, 4.9) and defensive rebounds (192, 6.8).
