Saint Rose Athletics Hall of Fame
A philanthropist, wealth manager, renowned regional business man, and an avid supporter of higher education; Daniel P. Nolan served a 10-year term as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Saint Rose. The intercollegiate athletics program witnessed unprecedented growth throughout his tenure during which the construction of the Plumeri Sports Complex was completed along with a major renovation to the College’s Events and Athletics Center, home of the gymnasium that bears his name. Low key, direct, approachable, enthusiastic, and a sports fan; he is as much a fixture within the Saint Rose community as any member of the administration, faculty and alumni populations.
