Saint Rose Athletics Hall of Fame
One of the finest all-around players to ever don a Golden Knights uniform, Ralph Bucci is the only player in school history to record 1,500 points, 700 rebounds and 500 assists. He was named a Daktronics All-American as a junior and a Division II Bulletin Honorable Mention All-America pick as a senior. He was named the 1994 Rookie of the Year by both the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) and New York Collegiate Athletic Conference (NYCAC). Ralph was also a two-time NYCAC first-team All-Conference pick, was a member of two NYCAC Championship teams and three NCAA Tournament squads, including the 1996-97 “Elite Eight” club that set a school record with 29 wins. He graduated as the College’s second all-time leading scorer (1,853) and wound up third all-time in rebounding (994) and assists (500).
