BETHLEHEM, PA-Running in the white race at the prestigious Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh, The College of Saint Rose men's team claimed seventh place out of 42 participating institutions while the women's squad finished 37th out of 45 teams in the brown race.

Senior
Tim Scudds was the first Golden Knight across the finish line for the second straight week as he came in at 27:32 for 24th place out of 333 runners in the 8k run. Meanwhile, junior
Eamonn Coughlin and freshman
Benjamin Kapuscinski finished in 28:08 and 28:14 for 52nd and 62nd place respectively.

Following was sophomore
Jonathan Cahill in 77th with a time of 28:28 while junior
Ed Brown posted a 28:41 clocking for 89th place. Sophomore
Andrew Reifman-Packett finished at 29:23 for 133rd and freshman
Joseph Becker ran through at 30:24 for 179th place.

Senior
Jordan Westcott placed 87th to be the first Saint Rose runner across the line at 23:31 among 365 entries. Running in at 23:44 was junior
Bianca Jordan for 109th place with classmate
Kristen Harrington rounding out the top Saint Rose three at 25:29 for 247th.

Touching in at 25:45 was freshman
Emily Baker to place 266th. Senior
Samantha Capece turned in a 26:22 time for 295th place, freshman
Alicia Bousa finished in 326th place behind a time of 27:10 and a 28:24 time for
Amber Goodspeed put her 346th.

Muhlenberg claimed first place team honors on the men's side while Holy Cross won the women's competition.

Next on the docket for the Golden Knights is the Westfield State hosted James Earley Invitational on Saturday, October 12 in Westfield, MA at Stanley Park.
