GENERAL: Local runner…Enjoys Tae Kwon Do and landscaping in his spare time…Can play the trumpet… Most admires Steve Prefontaine…Says his parents are his biggest influence because they are always there for him, and support him in everything he does.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE (2014): Competed in six meets…Nabbed a season-best 8k time of 28:08.4 at the ECAC Championship (10/26), aiding in a fourth place team finish for the Golden Knights…Collected a personal-best in the only 10k of the season at the NCAA East Regional (11/23) with a time of 35:05.6…Finished 23^rd out of 115 runners at the Purple Valley Classic 5k (9/27).
 
AS A FRESHMAN (2013): Competed in all seven meets…Recorded his 8k personal-best at the Northeast-10 Conference Championship (10/27), finishing 59^th out of 154 runners…Had his best finish of the season at the Shacklette Invitational (9/7), crossing the line in 47^th out of 81 competitors…Laid down a time of 35:25.0 for the 10k at the NCAA East Regional (11/10). 
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in track and field and cross country for the Blackbirds…Team captain…Garnered the most valuable runner awards…Named the Dunkin Donuts Student-Athlete of the Month.
