GENERAL: Has amazing range…Very athletic…High impact performer…Said her best sports moment was being part of a winning relay squad at the 2010 New York State Indoor Track & Field Championships…Enjoys being with her friends and watching movies…Added that her parents have had a great deal of influence on her throughout her lifetime.
 
AS A JUNIOR: Ran in six meets…Set her 5k season-best at the Saratoga Invitational (9/20/13) with a time of 18:36.2, finishing 13^th out of 113 runners… Finished 18^th out of 173, and second on the team, at the Saratoga Invitational (9/20/13)…Broke her 6k personal record at the Paul Short Run (10/5/13) for a time of 23:44.0… earned Northeast-10 All-conference second team honors after finishing 14^th overall.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Helped Saint Rose get to the NCAA Championships…Finished inside the team’s top four on three occasions…Started her season at the RiverHawk Invitational 5k (9/15/12) by posting a 15th place finish of 19:27.00…Ran an 18:44.40 at the Saratoga Invitational (10/6/12) for her best 5k performance of the year and finished 26th out of 172 runners…Finished in 32nd place among 159 runners at the NE-10 Conference Championships with a 5k time of 19:58.30…Posted a 23:02.00 time at the NCAA East Regional 6k course to help the Golden Knights capture third place out of 28 teams…Completed the 6k NCAA Championship course in a time of 23:53.60 to finish 214th.
 
AS A FRESHMAN: Was the top Saint Rose finisher on two occasions during the year…Finished tied for 13th in the field of 47 in a time of 18:11.00 at the Harry Lang Invitational (9/3/11)… Was subsequently named to the NE-10 Weekly Honor Roll (9/6/11)…Registered three top-10 performances…Took 10th at the Shacklette Invitational (9/10/11) after crossing the line in 20:09.8…Ended up seventh among 54 entries to help the Golden Knights win the Purple Valley Classic (9/24/11)…Grabbed first place at the Golden Knights Joust (10/7/11) behind a time of 20:28…Ran the ninth swiftest 5k time in program history (19:10.53) on the way to a 37th place finish at the NE-10 Championships (10/7/11).
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Played soccer in addition to running cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field at Troy…Was a second-team All-Star in soccer…Helped the Flying Horses sweep the Big 10 Championships in cross country and indoor track as a senior…Also won a Big 10 title outdoors as a junior…Twice named a first-team All-Star in the 400-meter dash…Owns indoor school records in the 45m, 300m, 4x200m, 4x400m relays , distance medley relay and sprint medley relay…Responsible for outdoor school marks in the 100m, 400m, 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400 relays .
