AS A JUNIOR (2014): Competed in six meets…Finished first for Saint Rose at the Saratoga Invitational 6k (9/13) with a time of 19:41…Registered a season-best 8k mark of 27:04.70 at the Disney Cross Country Classic (10/11)…Notched 57^th out of 191 competitors with a season-best 10k performance of 33:30 at the NCAA East Regional (11/23)…Collected his third-straight USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honor, and aided in the first team academic award since the 2010 season…Named to the Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the fall semester in recognition of academic excellence.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2013): Competed in five meets, finishing first for the Golden Knights in three of them… Finished 19^th overall at the Northeast-10 Championship (10/27), and picked up his personal-best by exactly one minute in the 8k in 26:13…His 10k 33:17.6 performance at the NCAA East Regional (11/10) was a team-high and a season-best…He earned a spot of the NE-10 All-Conference third team and the All-Academic team…Landed USTFCCCA All-Academic team honors for the second straight year, and collected NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll accolades for the fall and spring semesters in recognition of academic excellence.
 
AS A FRESHMAN (2012): Was the top Saint Rose performer in his collegiate debut at the Harry Lang Invitational (9/1) with a 66^th place finish in 22:19.00 to cover the 6,400 meters…Became the second Golden Knight across the line at the Purple Valley Classic 5k (9/22) in a time of 17:14.00 to finish 11^th out of 72 runners…Finished 62^nd out of 162 entries at the NE-10 Conference Championship (10/20) with an 8k time of 27:40.10…Registered a 33:04.70 10k time at the NCAA East Regional (11/4) to place 76^th out of 188 runners…Named an USTFCCCA All-Academic Honoree…Named to the fall and spring NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Rolls in recognition of academic excellence.

HIGH SCHOOL: Participated in both cross country and track and field at Mount Ararat…Mas a Maine State class “A” runner-up in 2010…Named to the 2010 KVAC All-Star first-team…Selected as a 2010 Maine Sunday Telegram All-Star…Honored on the 2010 Maine State Track & Cross Country Coaches All-State selection list.
