GENERAL: Ran indoor and outdoor track for the Golden Knights in 2013…Transfer from SUNY Delhi…Was an NJCAA 2010 and 2011 All-America for the 4x800m relay…Favorite food is hummus and triscuits…Steve Prefontaine is the athlete he admires most.

AS A JUNIOR: Ran in five races in his first season as a Golden Knight…Finished first on the team in back-to-back races, garnering one top-10 finish (Purple Valley Classic, 9/28/13) and a spot on the NE-10 Weekly Honor Roll for the week of 10/8/13…Recorded his 8k personal-best at the NE-10 Championships with a time of 26:46, and a 31^st place finish out of 154 runners…Laid down his 10k personal-best at the NCAA East Regional (11/10/13) in 34:54.1…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the spring semester in recognition of academic excellence.

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran both cross country and track for Averill Park.
