GENERAL: Figures to be a strong contributor…Says the biggest influence in his life is music…Enjoys snowboarding, skateboarding, and longboarding…Wants to teach high school math and coach cross country following his Saint Rose career.
AS A JUNIOR (2014): Competed in three races…Ran a season-best time of 28:39.36 in the 8k at the Disney Cross Country Classic (10/11), finishing 64^th of 177 competitors…Named to the Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the fall semester in recognition of academic excellence.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE (2013): Competed in five meets…Recorded his 8k season-best of 26:32.3, and finished first for the Golden Knights, at the James Earley Invitational (10/12)…Notched a 64^th place finish at the NCAA East Regional (11/10), and set his 10k personal record of 34:08.7…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the spring semester in recognition of academic excellence. 
 
HIGH SCHOOL: An All-State finisher for cross country in 2010 and 2011…Named All-Conference for cross country in 2009, 2010, and 2011, and also for outdoor track in 2011 and 2012…Earned All-State track & field honors in 2011…Was a conference champion and state runner-up in the 800m…Was team captain for cross country in 2011, and track & field in 2012.
