GENERAL: Graduate student academically…Has run cross country each of the past three falls…Finished 36th among 186 competitors with an 10k time of 32:56 at this year’s NCAA East Regional Championship (11/21/10) in Boston…Placed 26th out of 151 runners at the Northeast-10 Championships at Stonehill, crossing the finish line of the 8k course in 26:06.1…Mentioned that his best sport moment to date was running on the 4x800 relay squad that was an All-MHAL selection at Rondout Valley.

AS A JUNIOR (2009-2010): Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Rolls for both the fall ’09 and spring ’10 semesters for academic excellence…Chosen to the NE-10 All-Academic Team in recognition of superlative academic and athletic performance…Had a banner meet at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/1/10) at Stonehill…Set a school and meet 800m records with a winning time of 1:53.08…Also ran anchor for the school record setting 4x800 relay team that ran a second place time of 7:47.37…Team thus earned second-team All-Conference honors…Claimed five, top-5 finishes in seven individual events outdoors…Took home six, top-5 finishes among seven individual events indoors…Set a school record in the 600m indoors at the Wesleyan Invitational (1/23/10) with a second place time of 1:24.84…Ran 1:56.00 in the 800m to take second at the Smith College Tartan Invitational (2/6/10)…Bettered that time by going 1:55.00 for a 13th place finish at the NYU Fast Track Invitational (2/26/10)…Also finished second in the mile at the Williams Invitational (1/16/10) with a time of 4:35.90.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2008-2009): Part of school record setting distance medley relay quartet that went 10:29.82 at the prestigious Penn Relays in Philadelphia (4/24/09)…Also helped his team set another school record in the 4x800 relay indoors with a time of 8:01.86 at the Lafayette-Rider Games held in New York City (2/13/09)…Contributed to yet another school record in the DMR indoor event at the NYU Fast Track Invitational (2/27/09) with a respectable third place time of 10:22.59…Finished fourth with a 9:09.10 clocking in the 3,000m at the Wesleyan Invitational (1/24/09)…Contributed to the fourth place 4x800 outdoor relay team that went 7:58.67 at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships that took place on the campus of UMass Lowell (5/2/09)…Was also ninth with a 4:09.42 performance in the 1500m at that meet…Took fifth in the 800m event outdoors at the George Davis Invitational held at UMass Lowell (4/11/09) with a 2:01.14 clocking…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

AS A FRESHMAN (2007-08): Participated indoors only…Member of 4x880 meter relay team that ran a school record 9:00.28 at the Williams Invitational (1/19/08)…Ran five different events throughout the season…Broke the tape with a winning time of 1:58.67 in the 800m run at the Smith College Tartan Invitational (2/9/08)…Took first in the 1000m at Williams with a 2:37.96 clocking.

HIGH SCHOOL: Member of the cross country and track & field teams at Rondout Valley…Was fifth in the Mid-Hudson Athletic League in the 800m run…Placed sixth in that event at the section IX class “B” championships…Also earned All-MHAL honors in the 4x800 relay.
