GENERAL: Also a member of the Saint Rose cross country team…Finished 57th among 151 competitors at the 2010 NE-10 Championships (11/7/10) that were hosted by Stonehill in Easton, MA…Enjoys biking and walking in his spare time…Would like to attend graduate school and relocate to Maryland following his career at Saint Rose…Said his mother, grandmother, coaches and friends have had a great deal of influence on him…Mentioned that blueberry pie is his favorite food…Enjoys watching comedies and scary movies.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Competed in five individual events collectively indoors and outdoors…Finished fifth at the Tartan Invitational (2/6/10) in the 5,000m with a time of 16:43.07…Placed 11th in the 3000m at the NE-10 Indoor Championships (2/18/10) with a time of 9:27.85.

AS A FRESHMAN: Ran a season best 9:39.40 in the 3,000m indoor event at the Wesleyan Invitational (1/24/09) where he finished ninth…Placed 12th at the New York City Gotham Cup (1/16/09) in the 5,000m indoor event with a time of 16:29.41.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed on the cross country and both the indoor and outdoor track & field teams at Albany…Was the second-ranked miler in the Big 10…School record holder in the 2,000mr steeplechase…Named Team MVP in cross country as a senior.
