GENERAL: Expected to have an impact at the 200, 400 and 800 meter distances…Mentioned that his father is a person who has had a great deal of influence on him…Has a brother who played four years of soccer at SUNY-Potsdam and a sister who played one year for the Saint Rose soccer team…Said his favorite movie is “Gladiator”…Aspires to run professionally following his undergraduate career at Saint Rose…Said former LSU star Xavier Carter, who pulled off an unprecedented 100/400 double at the 2006 NCAA Division I Outdoor Championships, is the athlete he most admires.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Named to NE-10 weekly honor roll (4/27/10)…Part of first-team All-Conference 4x400 relay squad…Ran leadoff for a team that set a school and meet records at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/1/10) with a first place time of 3:15.99…Also set a school record in the 400m at the NE-10 Championships with his time of 48.95…Two other times he placed in the top-five in the 400m…Had a second place finish at the Capital District Classic (4/24/10) held at Rensselaer and a fifth place performance at UMass Lowell’s George Davis Invitational (4/10/10) with respective times of 49.28 and 50.09…Took home five, top-10 finishes during the indoor season including second and third place performances in the 200m at the Wesleyan (1/23/10) and Colgate Invitationals (1/30/10) with respective times of 23.14 and 22.81.

AS A FRESHMAN: Set the school outdoor record in the 400m with a time of 50.66 at the Dick Shea Invitational (3/28/09) hosted by the U.S. Military Academy…Part of school record setting 4x400 relay team that finished in 3:22.59 at the Penn Relays (4/24/09)…Also part of the indoor record setting 4x400 quartet that went 3:22.63 to finish ninth at the NYU Fast Track Invitational (2/27/09)…Helped the indoor distance medley relay squad take first place at the Wesleyan Invitational (1/24/09) with a 10:47.13 clocking…Finished third at the Crowell Open (1/10/09) in the 400m indoor event with a time of 52.51…Placed sixth overall in the 400m at the NE-10 10 Outdoor Championships at UMass Lowell (5/2/09) with a time of 50.52…Also placed eighth at that meet with a 200m time of 23.09…Named to the NE-10 weekly honor roll (1/12/09) following his performance at the Crowell Open.

HIGH SCHOOL: Tabbed an All-American in the sprint medley relay at the 2008 Indoor Track National Scholastic Indoor Championships…Part of 2007 section II outdoor champion 4x400 meter relay team…Member of third place 4x400 team at the 2008 state championship meet…Twice earned school’s 100 Percent Award…Named 2007 outdoor team’s Most Improved Athlete…Also lettered in cross country and soccer…Garnered an Academic Certificate for Most Improved Math Student as a junior…Participated in several community action endeavors, including Relay for Life and the Ronald McDonald House.
