GENERAL: Should have an impact at several distance events…Said his best sports moment to date was breaking the school 4xMile relay record at Middletown…Resides in Olympic marathon gold medalist Frank Shorter’s old home.

AS A FRESHMAN: Named to the Northeast-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for both the fall ’09 and spring ’10 semesters in recognition of academic excellence…Had two top-10 finishes during the indoor season…Was seventh in the 5000m at the Wesleyan Invitational (1/23/10) and eighth in the 3000m at the Williams Invitational (1/16/10) with times of 17:06.70 and 9:52.98 respectively…Turned in his season best time in the 3000m at the Tartan Invitational (2/6/10) with a time of 9:44.34…Ran his best 5000m time of the outdoor season at the NE-10 Championships where he placed 13th with a 17:00.77 performance.

HIGH SCHOOL: Team captain of the cross country and the track & field teams at Middletown as a senior…Owns part of the school record in the 4xmile…National Honor Society member.
