GENERAL: Is a member of one Saint Rose record-setting relay team…Mentioned Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt as the athlete he admires most…Said his parents are the people who have had the greatest influence on him throughout his lifetime…Added that his best sports moment to date was winning the 2008 Central Massachusetts Championship.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Earned second team All Northeast-10 Conference honors in the 4x800 relay…Running second, he helped the Golden Knights to a school record and a second place finish at the NE-10 Championships (2/17/11) with a 7:50.19 clocking…Also had a personal best in the 800 meters at the NE-10 Championships with his 1:59.55 time…Had his season-best run in the mile at the Princeton Relays (1/22/11) with a time of 4:37.92…Named second-team All-Conference in the 4x800 relay for the outdoor season as well…He helped Saint Rose clock in at 8:07.23 at the NE-10 Championships (5/6-7/11)…Ran a season best outdoor time in the 800 meters at the Springfield Invitational (4/23/11) with a 2:01.52 clocking…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters in recognition of academic excellence.

AS A FRESHMAN: Set a personal best mark with a distance of 43.04 meters in the javelin at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/1/10)…Participated in three events for Saint Rose throughout the indoor campaign…Took eighth place in the 800m at the Smith College Tartan Invitational (2/6/10) with a time of 2:03.86…Ran a personal best 1:59.69 in that event with an 11th place finish at the NE-10 Championships (2/18/10)…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters in recognition of academic excellence.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played basketball in addition to participating in cross country, and track & field at Whitinsville Christian…Owns part of the school record in the 4x800 relay and was part of the 2008 Central Massachusetts Championship squad…Team captain of the cross country, and track & field teams as both a junior and senior…Was a three-time Dual Valley Conference All-Star…Also garnered 2006 All-District honors in cross country.
