College of Saint Rose Athletics

GENERAL: Second season running cross country…Will use the fall to once again get in sound shape for the 400m, which he competes in for the Saint Rose track and field team…Has a brother, James, who is a member of the cross country team at the University of Scranton…Would like to travel following graduation…Said his father is someone who has had a great deal of influence on him throughout his lifetime…Best sports moment was winning the conference championship as a sophomore at Lynbrook…Named to the Dean’s List last spring.

AS A JUNIOR: Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll…Participated in five events…Clocked a season-best 8k time of 31:58.9 at the NE-10 Championship (10/25/08)…Covered the 8k layout at the Shacklette Invitational (9/13/08) in 33:52.4…Crossed the line in 33:58 at the 5-mile distance at the Golden Knights Joust (9/6/08)…Also finished with a 33:46 clocking at the Williams Purple Valley Classic (9/27/08).

HIGH SCHOOL: Member of the cross country and track and field teams at Lynbrook…Owns the school record in the indoor 200m and is also part of school records on the 4x200 and 4x400 relay squads…Was an All-Conference and All-Division performer as a junior and senior.
