GENERAL: Has not run cross country since 2010…Senior academically…Said his parents have influenced him the most throughout his lifetime…Father played football at Bethany College and his brother was on the track and field team at Costal Carolina…Best sports moment was becoming the first athlete from his high school to qualify for the New York State meet in 14 years...Ran cross country and track for Eric McLaud.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE (2010): Participated in six meets…Finished 19th behind a 17:31 5k time at the Purple Valley Classic (9/25/10)…Ran a 53rd place finish at the Disney World Classic 8k (10/9/10) with a time of 26:39.10…Posted a time of 31:27 at the Golden Knights Joust (10/22/10) five-mile run…Finished 31st at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (11/7/10) with a time of 26:18.3 to cover the 8k course…Placed 57th at the NCAA East Regional (11/21/10) 10k distance with a time of 33:44.

AS A FRESHMAN (2009): Competed in all seven events…Was among the squad’s top-five runners on five occasions…Registered his best 8k time of the year (27:17.90) while placing 15th at the NYIT Running of the Bears (9/19/09)…Took fifth at Le Moyne (10/10/09) in a time of 29:15…Wound up ninth at the Golden Knights Joust (9/5/09) in 28:39…Was 18th at the Shacklette Invitational (9/12/09) after crossing the line in 28:49…Named to the Fall NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year varsity letterwinner in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field…Was an All-League performer in cross country…Also named All-State twice and All-Section four times…Team captain as a junior and senior in all three sports…Part of the school record setting indoor 4x800m relay squad.
