GENERAL: Arguably the team’s top returnee…Will be counted upon to make significant contributions…Has a chance to earn a spot to compete at the NCAA Championships…Said his family has had a great deal of influence on him…Has a sister, Lauryn, that played basketball and rugby while attending Northeast-10 Conference rival Saint Michael’s…Said winning the section II championship has been his best sports moment.

AS A JUNIOR: Enjoyed a breakout campaign…Garnered second-team All-Conference honors after placing 10th among 151 entries at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (11/7/10)…Put up the fastest 8k time (25:29.00) in program history with an 11th place performance at the Disney World Classic (10/09/10)…Nearly recorded an All-Region performance at the NCAA East Regional (11/21/10) by covering the 10k trek in 32:02 for a 16th place finish…Was second overall in the 5k race at the Purple Valley Classic (9/25/10) in a time of 16:26…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the spring semester in recognition of academic excellence.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Was the top Saint Rose finisher in six of the team’s seven events…Ran the swiftest 8k time of the year (25:45.90) at the NYIT Running of the Bears (9/19/09) to place third overall…Registered four top-three performances…Won both the Shacklette Invitational (9/12/09) and the dual meet at Le Moyne (10/10/09)…Was also second at the Golden Knights Joust (9/5/09) in 27:12…Placed 25th at the NE-10 Championships (10/25/09) behind a 26:26.2 clocking.

AS A FRESHMAN: Was the top Saint Rose finisher on three occasions…Competed in all eight events during the year…Crossed the line first in a dual meet at Le Moyne (10/11/08) in a time of 28:11…Ran a season-best 8k time of 26:57.8 to take 31st at the NE-10 Championship (10/25/08)…Took third at the Shacklette Invitational (9/13/08) that was hosted by Saint Anselm after finishing 47 seconds off the winning pace in 27:48.1…Wound up 10th at the Golden Knights Joust (9/6/08) in what amounted to his first collegiate event behind a 27:36 clocking…Was the third Saint Rose finisher at the NCAA East Regional (11/9/08) with a 10k time of 33:47.8.

HIGH SCHOOL: Captain of the cross country, basketball and track and field teams at nearby Voorheesville…Section II Champion (individual) in cross country…Also helped lead the Blackbirds to a pair of sectional team championships…Captured the Colonial Council title in cross country during all four years of high school.
