AS A FRESHMAN: Named to both the Fall and Spring NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Rolls in recognition of academic excellence…Took part in all seven events…Charted his fastest 8k time of the year with a 25th place effort at the NYIT Running of the Bears (9/19/09)…Cross the line in a time of 28:14.80…Also broke the 29-minute barrier behind a 28:34.5 clocking at the NE-10 Championships (10/25/09)…Placed ninth overall at Le Moyne (10/10/09) in 31:10…Wound up 21st at the Shacklette Invitational (9/12/09) with a time of 29:16.

HIGH SCHOOL: Team captain of the cross country and track teams at Middletown as a senior…Owns part of the school record in the 4xMile…National Honor Society member.
