GENERAL: Has a brother, Andrew, who ran cross country at nearby Siena College…Best sports moment to date was running at the section II meet…Listed Australian distance runner Craig Mottram as the athlete he admires most…Favorite movie is “Superbad”…Enjoys traveling…Would like to work as an insurance broker following his Saint Rose career…Dean’s List student.

AS A JUNIOR: Named to the Fall NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll…Participated in four events…Ran his fastest 8k time of the year in 30:06.10 at the NYIT Running of the Bears (9/19/09)…Cross the line in 31:31 at the Shacklette Invitational (9/12/09)…Also finished in 31:09 at the Golden Knights Joust (9/5/09) and in 32:52 at Le Moyne (10/10/09).

AS A SOPHOMORE: Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll…Participated in five of the squad’s eight meets…Clocked a career-best 8k time of 31:10.4 at the Northeast-10 Conference Championship (10/25/08)…Took 34th at the Shacklette Invitational (9/13/08) that was hosted by Saint Anselm after covering the 8k layout in 32:51.5…Top Saint Rose finisher in the 8k portion of the Williams Purple Valley Classic (9/27/08) in a time of 32:56.

AS A FRESHMAN: Competed in five of seven meets…Ran a season-best 8k time of 31:13 at the NE-10 Championship (10/21/07)…Crossed the line 28th at the Bryant Invitational (9/22/07) in 32:51 and broke the tape in 33:07 for a 29th place effort at the third annual Golden Knights Joust (10/5/07)…Earned the team’s 110% Award.

HIGH SCHOOL: Member of the cross country and outdoor track and field teams at Catholic Central...Was named captain of both squads as a senior.
