College of Saint Rose Athletics

GENERAL: Senior academically…Re-established himself as one of the team’s top upperclassmen after competing in only one meet in 2007…Enjoys playing soccer in his spare time…Said his best sports moment was playing in the NYS Championship soccer match…Dean’s List member.

AS A JUNIOR: Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll…Ran in all but two meets…Had a season-best 8k time of 29:37.9 to finish 84th at the NE-10 Championships (10/25/08)…Also had a solid meet at the Shacklette Invitational hosted by Saint Anselm where he crossed the line in 30:36.5 to wind up 28th.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Was the top Saint Rose finisher in the 4,200-meter race at the season-opening Harry Lang Invitational (9/1/07) in a time of 16:51…Granted medical “red-shirt”.

AS A FRESHMAN: One of only two athletes to compete in all eight events…Was one of the top-five Saint Rose runners in all eight events…Placed as high as ninth at the second annual Golden Knights Joust (10/6/06) with a season-best 8k time of 29:23…Took 23rd at the season-opening Harry Lang Invitational (9/1/06) after crossing the line in 30:23…Also finished 82nd at the NE-10 Championship (10/22/06) in 29:34.

HIGH SCHOOL: Three-time MVP of track and field team…Was All-State indoors in the 600m…Also lettered in track and field and soccer…Was the starting goalie on the 2006 State Finalist soccer team.
