GENERAL: Expected to have a primary role out of the bullpen after being used as a starter during his first two years at Saint Rose…Transferred from Adelphi three seasons ago…Said his father is the person who has influenced him the most during his lifetime…Favorite movie is “300”…Said Kevin Garnett is the athlete he admires the most…Played in the Great South League in Georgia last summer.

AS A JUNIOR: Made seven appearances, all but one as a starter…Fanned 15 batters throughout 31.2 innings of work.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Went 3-4 with a team-best 3.84 ERA…Struck out 23 batters…Tied for the team lead with eight starts…Also made two relief appearances…Fanned a season-high five batters and allowed only one run on five hits throughout 9.0 innings of work to pick up a victory in the opener of a doubleheader versus Saint Anselm (3/31/07).

2006 AT ADELPHI: Finished with an 0-1 mark in 10.1 innings of relief work, walking three and striking out two.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a three-year member of the baseball team at nearby Troy…Team co-captain…Was an All-League selection in the Big 10 Conference…Was also an All-Area honorable mention pick…Member of the Uncle Sam Tournament Championship Team as a junior, tossing a two-hit, complete game…Played in the section II championship game as a senior...Also played two years of varsity basketball for the Flying Horses.
