GENERAL: Expected to have a reserve role as a middle infielder and also as a primary right-handed bat off the bench…Said Derek Jeter is the athlete he most admires…Mentioned that his parents are the people who have had the most influence on him…Works as a baseball camp counselor during the summer…Aspires to continue to play baseball or work for a major league sports franchise following his undergraduate career at Saint Rose…Added that his best sports moment to date was advancing to the 2008 Long Island County Championship.

AS A FRESHMAN: Made 26 of his 28 starts at short…Appeared in 37 games total…Was 5-for-8 in stolen base attempts…Went 2-for-3 with two RBI in a 14-0 victory versus St. Joseph’s, VT (4/8/09)…Finished 2-for-4 with a pair of RBI in a 7-5 loss to Dominican (3/11/09).

HIGH SCHOOL: Garnered All-League accolades at Commack…Was voted one of the top-25 players in Suffolk County League 2…Team captain…Led the Cougars to the League 2 title and to the county championships in 2008…Named to Boys of Summer All-Star Game…Also lettered in soccer and basketball…Played baseball for Ed Boll.
