GENERAL: Transferred from Adelphi three years ago…Is expected to see some time at first base…Listed Derek Jeter as the athlete he most admires…Works construction during the summer in Manhattan…Enjoys skiing, football and basketball…Said his favorite movie is “A Bronx Tale”…Said his parents are the people who have had the most influence on him throughout his lifetime…Aspires to work for Major League Baseball in New York City following his graduation from Saint Rose.

AS A JUNIOR: Appeared in 32 games and made 23 starts, 21 of which came at first base…Registered the fifth highest fielding percentage (.995) in school annals…Committed just one error throughout 198 chances…Strung together a five-game hit streak in mid-April when he hit at a .300 clip (6-for-20).

AS A SOPHOMORE: Played in nine games and started six…Hit .273 (6-for-22) with three RBI and two runs scored…Went 2-for-4 with a double and run scored in a 5-4 win at American International (4/30/07).

2006 AT ADELPHI: Had eight at-bats throughout seven games after being “red-shirted” his true freshman year in 2005.

HIGH SCHOOL: Captain and MVP of the baseball team at Mount Saint Michael Academy as a senior…Garnered All-Division honors the same year…Also played football for the Mountaineers.
