The Plot: The College of Saint Rose welcomes Roberts Wesleyan for a non-conference match at Sullivan Field at the Plumeri Sports Complex this afternoon to conclude a three-game homestand.

Last Meeting (N/A): This is the first meeting between the two programs.

Scouting #4 Saint Rose (1-0):  Senior forward Carmelina Puopolo became the first player in Saint Rose annals to score 50 career goals during Thursday's 7-0 season-opening win versus Nyack. The Golden Knights, who are ranked #4 in the NSCAA/Continental Tire NCAA Division II preseason poll, outshot their first two opponents 29-0. Senior midfielder Sydney Bond found the back of the net three times during Thursday's win while sophomore midfielder Amanda Vasquez had two goals, including the game-winner, in Saturday's 4-0 victory versus Felician. Overall, nine different players have already accumulated at least one point. Junior back Jourdan Thompson was named the Northeast-10 Conference Defensive Player of the Week yesterday.

Scouting Roberts Wesleyan (2-0): The Redhawks have opened the year with two homes victories, defeating Le Moyne 3-0 Friday evening followed by a 4-1 victory against Bloomfield Saturday. Freshman midfielder Isabella Mitrevski has a team-high six points with two goals and a like number of assists. Sophomore forwards Ellie Swan and Brittany Houghton also have two strikes on the year. Swan furthermore has an assist to her credit. Junior goalkeeper Marissa Sell owns a 0.50 goals-against-average and a 0.857 save percentage.

Up Next: The Golden Knights make their first road trip of the year to "Upstate Challenge" rival Le Moyne next Wednesday, September 18 for a 4:00 pm NE-10 contest. Meanwhile, the Redhawks return home Thursday, September 12 to face Davis & Elkins College at 7:00 pm.
