Biography

GENERAL: A team captain...Two-time All-American…Is dangerous in the box and on the ball…Missed all but three contests a year ago due to an injury and thus still has a year of eligibility remaining…Is the all-time point producer (148) in the renowned history of Saint Rose women’s soccer…Is also the school record holder for goals (51) and assists (46)…One of only 26 players in NCAA Division II annals to record 40 goals and 40 assists…Comes out of Ajax Storm premier club team…Former member of the Canadian U-17 National Player Pool…Led the Ajax Storm club team to four Ontario Cup titles and three league championships…Has also been a member of the Ontario National Training Center (NTCO)…Led the NTCO to the 2006 Gold Medal at the U-14 national championships in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan where she was the tournament’s top scorer…She guided the team to a bronze medal at the U-16 championships in Quebec the following year…Mentioned that Michael Jordan is the athlete she most admires…Said her family members are the people who have influenced her the most…Enjoys watching television…Favorite food is pasta and her favorite movie is “Titantic”…Enjoys the music of Iggy Azalea…Added that capturing the 2011 National Championship and being named the NSCAA Player of the Year have been her best sports moment to date.
 
AS A SENIOR (2013): Suffered a season ending injury in early September…Still managed to record a pair of goals and five assists in that short time period…Had two goals and set up two others during a 7-0 season-opening win versus Nyack (9/5/13)…Registered three assists during a 4-0 victory versus Felician (9/7/13)…Was subsequently named to the Nortehast-10 Conference weekly honor roll (9/9/13)…Selected to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters in recognition of academic excellence.
 
AS A JUNIOR: Garnered numerous accolades, both athletically and academically, following yet another prolific campaign…Named the Daktronics Ron Lenz National Player of the Year…Tabbed a Daktronics first-team All-American for the second consecutive season…Also chosen as the East Region Player of the Year and a first-team All-East honoree for the second straight season…Honored as an NSCAA/Continental Tire first-team All-American for the second straight year…Was furthermore chosen an NSCAA Scholar All-American…Selected to the NCAA Championship All-Tournament Team…Chosen a first-team NE-10 All-League pick for the second straight campaign…Was furthermore honored as a Capital One/CoSIDA Academic All-American®…Also chosen a Capital One/CoSIDA Academic All-District I honoree for the second consecutive season…Honored with the prestigious NE-10 Sports Excellence Award for women’s soccer in recognition of outstanding academic and athletic success…Was again chosen to the NE-10 Academic All-Conference squad in recognition of outstanding academic and athletic performance…Was named the NE-10 Player of the Week on four occasions (9/4/12, 10/1/12, 11/13/12, 11/19/12) and to the NE-10 weekly honor roll three additional times (9/18/12, 10/22/12, 10/29/12)…Scored her school record 115th career point behind her three goal performance during a 6-0 triumph versus Saint Michael’s (9/29/12)…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters in recognition of academic excellence…Led the country and broke her own school records from the previous year with 57 points…Was second nationally in both goals (20) and assists (17)…Finished sixth in the country in points/game (2.28), was third in assists/game (0.68) and 16th in goals/game (0.8)…Once again led the NE-10 in nearly every major offensive statistical category including goals, assists and points…Was fourth in game-winning-goals (4)…Recorded at least a point in 16 of the team’s 25 matches…Had four multi-goal performances …Had at least one goal and an assist on 10 occasions…Tied a school record with 10 points behind four goals and three helpers during a 10-0 season-opening win versus NYIT (8/30/12)…Tallied two goals and set up two others during a 5-1 triumph at Franklin Pierce (9/22/12)…Scored twice and added an assist in a 3-0 NCAA Tournament first-round win versus Wilmington (11/9/12).

AS A FRESHMAN: Appeared in all 25 games…Garnered third-team NE-10 All-Conference honors…Three-time NE-10 Rookie of the Week (9/6/10, 10/1/10, 10/8/10)…Her 31 points tied classmate Sydney Bond for second on the team’s stat sheet, which furthermore placed them fourth among the league leaders…Joined then senior midfielder Christina Cuffari as just the second and third players in Golden Knights history to record double digits in both goals and assists in a single season…Her 10 goals tied (Christina Cuffari) her for third on the team and sixth among the conference leaders…Her 11 assists were second both for the Golden Knights and in the NE-10…Started her career with a flourish, netting three goals and assisting on two others in her first two games…Had a six-game point streak from 9/28/10 until 10/16/10...Scored goals in four straight games from 9/28/10 to 10/8/10…Recorded at least one point in all three games of the NE-10 Championship…Selected to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters.
