AS A SENIOR (2020-21): Did not compete...Made the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the fall semester.

AS A JUNIOR (2019-20 Indoor): Finished 500m in 1:29.58 at Utica (1/18)...Helped the 4x200m relay clock in at 1:55.75 at Utica (2/8)...Made the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the spring semester.

AS A JUNIOR (2019 XC): Completed 5k in 21:45.3 at the UAlbany Invitational (10/18)...Finished 6k in 26:28 at the NCAA East Region Championships (11/9)...Made the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the fall semester.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2019 Outdoor): Helped the 4x800m relay break a 24-year school record at Northeast-10 Conference Championships (5/4)...The clocking of 9:26.92 was good for second-place in the event...Completed 800m in 2:20.63 at UAlbany (4/20)...Finished 1500m in 5:01.25 at Embry-Riddle (3/29)...Part of the 4x400m relay that clocked in at 4:16.37 at UAlbany (4/20)...Named to the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the spring semester.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2018-19 Indoor): Part of the Distance Medley Relay that set the program record by more than 27 seconds at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational...The quartet clocked in at 12:17.41 to break a 23-year standard (2/9)...The DMR was chosen the (2/12) NE10 Women’s Track and Field Relay of the Week...Helped the 4x800m relay team finish fourth at NE10 Championships with a time of 9:52.37 (2/17)...Time ranks second in school records...Part of the DMR that clocked in at 12:32.79 to take third at NE10s...Time ranks second in program annals...Completed 800m in 2:18.01 at BU (2/8)...Time ranks third in program records...Finished 500m in 1:21.01 at TCNJ (1/12)...Helped the 4x400m relay clock in at 4:14.77 at Utica (2/2).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2018 XC): Completed 5k in 19:18.1 at the Saratoga Invitational (9/29)...Finished 6k in 24:00.50 at the NE10 Championships (11/4).

AS A FRESHMAN (2018 Outdoor): Completed 800m in 2:24.17 at NE10s (5/5)...Ran 400m in 1:02.26 at American International (4/7).

AS A FRESHMAN (2017-18 Indoor): Won the 500m run at the NYC Armory "Last Chance" Meet with a time of 1:20.09 (2/23)... Helped Golden Knights complete the 4x200 relay in 1:51.41 at St. Joseph's (2/11)...Time ranked third in program annals...Won the 200m (28.23) and 600m (1:42.20) at Dickinson (2/3)...Completed 800m in 2:23.61 at the NE10 Championships (2/18)...Part of the DMR that placed fifth with a time of 12:45.43 at NE10's...On the 4x400m that went 4:21.40 at the same meet. 

AS A FRESHMAN (2017 XC): Placed 14th at the Siena Invitational with a time of 16:15.1 (9/1)...Completed 5k in 19:27.8 at the Saratoga Invitational (9/30)...Achieved a fall-best at the NE10 Championships with a 6k time of 24:39.07 (10/22)...Completed the 6k NCAA East Regional course in 26:25 (11/4).

HIGH SCHOOL: Honored into the Francis Lewis High School Athletics Hall of Fame...Holds the school-record in the 800 and 1000...Won numerous team Most Valuable Runner Awards...Captained the Patriots cross country, indoor track and outdoor track programs as a senior.
