AS A SENIOR (Indoor): Won the Northeast-10 Conference Elite 24 Award...Named to the NE10 Academic All-Conference Team...Completed 800m in 2:23.62 at NE10 Championships (2/20)...Part of the DMR that crossed the line in 13:10.65 on the same day...Helped the 4x400m relay finish in 4:08.70 at NE10s...Finished 1000m in 3:10.46 at Utica (1/18)...Made the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the spring semester.

AS A SENIOR (XC): Did not compete...Made the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the fall semester.

AS A JUNIOR (Outdoor): Helped the 4x800m relay break a 24-year school record at Northeast-10 Conference Championships (5/4)...The clocking of 9:26.92 was good for second-place in the event...Made the (5/1) NE10 weekly honor roll…Won the 1500m at the Capital District Classic with a time of 4:43.76 (4/29)...Clocking was good for fifth in the NE10 and seventh in the region...Completed 800m in a spring-best 2:23.27 at UAlbany (4/20)...Named to the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the spring semester.

AS A JUNIOR (Indoor): Part of the Distance Medley Relay that set the program record by more than 27 seconds at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/9)...The quartet clocked in at 12:17.41 to break a 23-year standard...The DMR was chosen the (2/12) NE10 Women’s Track and Field Relay of the Week...Completed 800m in 2:17.72 at the same meet...Time ranked second in school records...Helped the 4x800m relay team finish fourth at NE10 Championships with a time of 9:52.37 (2/17)...Time ranks second in school records...Part of the DMR that clocked in at 12:32.79 to take third at NE10s...Time ranks second in program annals. AS A SOPHOMORE (Outdoor): Helped the Golden Knights 4x800m relay clock in at 9:53.15 at NE10 Conference Championships (5/5)...Time ranks fourth in program annals...Completed 1500m in 4:54.74 at NE10s (5/4)...Part of the 4x400m relay that went 4:20.68 at NE10s...Named to the NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the spring semester.

AS A SOPHOMORE (XC): Placed fourth at the Siena Invitational with a time of 15:17.7 (9/1)...Finished the 5k course second with a time of 19:48.8 at Oswego Invitational (9/16)...Named to the (9/19) NE10 Conference weekly honor roll for her performance at Oswego...Completed 5k in 19:21.9 at the Saratoga Invitational (9/30)... Finished the James Earley Invitational 5k 15th with a time of 19:23.32 (10/7)...Completed 6k in a personal-best 23:26.25 at NE10s (10/22)...Placed 36th at the meet...Completed the 6k NCAA East Regional course in 24:36.3 to place 36th (11/4)…Named to the NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the fall semester.

AS A FRESHMAN (At Siena): Won the mile at the Utica College Pioneer Invitational (1/28)...Helped the Saints take eighth in both the DMR and 4x400m relays at the MAAC Indoor Championship (2/18)...Part of the winning the 4x800m relay at the Rider Invitational (4/8)...Did not compete during cross country season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Won 18 varsity letters on the cross country, indoor track and outdoor track teams...Captained all three teams as a senior... 2016 Sports Foundation Scholar Athlete Award Recipient...National Honor Society member.
