AS A SENIOR (XC): Garnered All-East Region accolades...Finished 22nd at the NCAA East Region Championships with a time of 23:28.6 (11/9)...Earned third-team All-Northeast-10 Conference honors...Completed 6k in 25:15.9 to finish 18th out of 136 runners at NE10 Championships (10/27)...Chosen as an All-Academic Athlete by the USTFCCCA...Made the NE10 Academic All-Conference Team...Named to the (10/8) NE10 weekly honor roll...Won the 12th annual Mount Saint Mary’s College Knight Invitational 6k…Covered the grounds of the Hudson Valley Sports Dome in 24:39.9 for the victory in an 181 runner field (10/5)...Completed 5k in 19:06.3 at the UAlbany Invitational (10/18)...Made the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the fall semester.

AS A JUNIOR (Outdoor): Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the 10,000m...Helped the 4x800m relay break a 24-year school record at NE10 Conference Championships (5/4)...The clocking of 9:26.92 was good for second-place in the event...Finished second at NE10s with a 10,000m time of 38:21.37 (5/3)...Time was also good for second in the region...Clocked in at 4:48.67 to place sixth in the 1500m on the same day...Completed 5,000m in 18:50.10 at AIC (4/6)...Finished 800m in 2:27.35 at RPI (4/27)...Phi Alpha International Honor Society in Social Work Member...Named to the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the spring semester.

AS A JUNIOR (Indoor): Ran the mile in 5:16.26 at BU (2/8)...Completed 3000m in 10:49.14 at Utica (2/2)...Helped the 4x800m relay team finish fourth at NE10 Championships with a time of 9:52.37 (2/17)...Time ranks second in school records...Part of the DMR that clocked in at 12:32.79 to take third at NE10s...Time ranks second in program annals.

AS A JUNIOR (XC): Finished 26th at NE10s with a time of 23:13.33 (11/4/18)...Crossed the line 36th at the NCAA East Regional Championships with a time of 24:02.40 (11/17/18)...Completed 5k in 18:54.8 at the Saratoga Invitational (9/29/18)...Named to the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the fall semester.
