AS A SENIOR (XC): Did not compete...Made the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the fall semester...Represented the program on SAAC.

AS A JUNIOR (XC): Finished 5k in 21:33.82 at the James Earley Invitational (10/6/18)...Represented the program on SAAC.

AS A SOPHOMORE (Outdoor): Part of the 4x800m relay that went 9:53.15 at NE10s (5/5/18)...Time ranks fourth in program records...Completed 1500m in 5:21.32 at RPI (4/29/18)...Finished 800m in 2:39.40 at UAlbany (4/21/18)...Clocked in at 12:49.33 in the 3000m steeplechase at NE10s...Represented the team on SAAC.

AS A SOPHOMORE (Indoor): Helped the Golden Knights place fifth in the distance medley relay with a time of 12:45.43 at NE10's (2/18/18)...Finished 1000m in 3:22.96 at Ramapo (1/19/18)...Clocked in at 1:08.30 in the 400m and 2:35.40 in the 800m at St. Joseph's (2/11/18)...Represented the team on SAAC.

AS A SOPHOMORE (XC): Placed 17th at the Siena Invitational with a 4k time of 17:09.5 (9/1/17)...Finished 5k in 20:34.3 at the Saratoga Invitational (9/30/17)...Achieved a personal-best at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships with a 6k time of 24:54.47 (10/22/17)...Completed the 6k NCAA East Regional course in 26:43.3 (11/4/17)...Named to the NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the fall semester...Represented the team on SAAC.

AS A FRESHMAN (Outdoor): Finished the 3000m steeplechase in 12:36.18 at the NE10 Championships (5/7/17)...Completed the 3000m in 12:01.82 at UAlbany (4/22/17)...Clocked in at 20:41.96 in the 5000m at AIC (4/8/17)...Named to the NE10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the spring semester.

AS A FRESHMAN (Indoor): Completed the 3000m in 11:46.64 at Utica (1/14/17)...Clocked in at 3:26.54 in the 1000m at East Stroudsburg (2/5/17)...Ran a 5:41.36 mile at Villanova (1/27/17).

AS A FRESHMAN (XC): Crossed the line in 25:47.9 at the NCAA Division II East Regional (11/5/16)... Placed 98th with a time of 26:13.2 at the NE10 Conference Championships (10/22/16)...Completed 6k in a season-best 25:38.35 at the James Earley Invitational (10/8/16)...Finished 5k in 20:31, a personal record, at the Saratoga Invitational (10/1/16)...Named to the NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for both the fall and spring semesters.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Ran cross country under head coach Stephen Corrigan and competed in Track & Field for John Padula while a member of the Falcons…New York State Federal Meet qualifier…Borough Individual Champion as a sophomore.
