GENERAL: Competes on both the Saint Rose cross country and track and field teams...Likes to cook.

AS A SENIOR (2020-21): Ran 1500 meters in 6:01.49 at Saint Peter's (4/7)...Completed 5000m in 22:48.41 at Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (4/25)...Finished 3000m in 11:40.57 at Saint Peter's (4/14)...Completed 10000m in 48:33.05 at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (5/8)...Made the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the fall semester.

AS A JUNIOR (2019-20 Indoor): Completed 500m in 1:29.59 at TCNJ (1/11)...Finished 5000m in 20:35.38 at Emmanuel (12/7)...Made the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the spring semester.

AS A JUNIOR (2019 XC): Completed 5k in 21:37.13 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational (9/21)...Finished 6k in 28:08.4 at the NCAA East Region Championships (11/9).


AS A SOPHOMORE (2019 Outdoor): Finished 800m in 2:42.46 and 1500m in 5:31.77 at RPI (4/27)...Clocked in at 21:52.27 in the 5000m at SUNY Delhi (4/13)...Completed the 3000m steeplechase in 13:07.36 at NE10s (5/4)...Named to the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the spring semester.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2018-19 Indoor): Completed 800m in 2:38.22 at Utica (1/26)...Finished 1000m in 3:27.72 the following weekend at Utica (2/2)...Ran the mile in 5:56.75 at Princeton (12/8).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2018 XC): Finished 5k in 21:15.3 at the Saratoga Invitational (9/29)...Completed 6k in 26:31.70 at the NCAA East Regional (11/17)...Represented the program on the Saint Rose Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).

AS A FRESHMAN (at Mohawk Valley CC): Placed fourth at Nationals in the steeplechase...Finished third in Nationals in the 5k...Captured All-Conference accolades for cross country.

HIGH SCHOOL: All-League performer at Arlington.
