GENERAL: Returns after injury…Demonstrates hard work…Favorite movie is “Coach Carter”…Said his mother has been a source of constant support…Looks at Adrian Peterson and Manteo Mitchell as athletes to admire…Enjoys playing pick-up games of most sports with his friends, taking his dog Memphis for runs and computer games…His favorite food is sushi.
 
AS A JUNIOR (2014): Competed in four races…Laid down a season-best 8k time of 29:57.18 at the Disney Cross Country Classic (10/11)…Named to the Northeast-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the fall semester in recognition of academic excellence.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE (2013): Did not compete due to injury…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the spring semester in recognition of academic excellence.
 
AS A FRESHMAN (2012): Ran in four meets…Best 8k time came at the Saratoga Invitational (10/6) where he finished in 103^rd behind a time of 28:26.39…Finished the NE-10 Conference Championship (10/20) 8k course in a time of 29:41.60…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the spring semester.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Team captain of cross country his senior year at Emerson…Was a track league champion in the 800 meter, mile and 4x400m relay…Earned All-League and All-County accolades…Named cross country team MVP during his junior and senior years…Also lettered in football and basketball.
