Biography

GENERAL: Listed his parents as the people who have had the greatest influence on him…Enjoys playing a variety of sports in his spare time…Listed U.S. Olympian Jeremy Wariner as the athlete he most admires…Said tying the school record in the pole vault has been his greatest sports moment to date.
 
AS A JUNIOR: Tied the school pole vault record of 3.85 meters at the Tufts Stampede (2/2/13) for a 15th place finish…Tied the pole vault record at the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Championships (2/16/13) to finish seventh…Placed 12th in the preliminaries of the 60m hurdles after a season-best 9.05 time…Landed seventh at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/4/13) with a pole vault of 3.65 meters.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE: Participated in the 4x400m relay three times during both seasons…Best time came at the Penn Relays (4/26-27/12) with a 3:27.36 clocking…Finished eighth at the NE-10 Conference Indoor Championships after a 3:36.52 performance…Best pole vault was a height of 3.75 meters at the Oneonta State May Meet (5/12/12), placing in a tie for sixth…Previously finished third at the Springfield Invitational (4/21/12) after registering a pole vault of 3.74 meters…Ran a fourth place, 16.72 time at the Springfield Invitational in the 110 meter hurdles.
 
AS A FRESHMAN: Provided depth in the hurdle events…Also competed in the pole vault, finishing eighth in the Army Carleton Crowell Open (1/8/11) with a height of 3.30 meters (10’ 10”)…Also provided depth in the hurdles in the outdoor season…Ran a season best 16.94 in the 110 meter hurdles at the AIC Invitational (4/2/11)… Set an outdoor best in the pole vault at the Capital District Classic (4/30/11) at Rensselaer with a height of 3.50 meters (11’ 5”).
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Captain of the indoor track and field team his senior season with the Patriots…Finished second in the 400m hurdles in the section I state qualifying meet…Also lettered in cross country.
