GENERAL: Will  compete in the middle distance to distance events…Demonstrates hard work…Spends his downtime playing computer video games and reading…Said his mother has been a constant support…Looks at Lebron James as someone to admire.
 
AS A JUNIOR (2015): Collected a career-best in his only showing in the indoor 400m, registering a 53.86 at the Metro Team Challenge (1/23)…Nabbed a season-best time of 2:00.16 in the 800m at the Scarlet & White Invite (2/7)…Served as the second leg of the 4x800m relay that set a Saint Rose record of 7:46.38 at the Northeast-10 Conference Outdoor Championships (5/2)…Picked up a season-best in the 800m (2:00.86) at the league outdoor championship …Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the fall semester. 

AS A SOPHOMORE: Laid down a personal-best 56.24 in the 400m at the Yale Invite (1/11/14)…Notched a season-best in the 500m (1:11.00) at the Terrier Invite (1/25/14)…Collected 13^th at the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Championships (2/22/14) in the 800m (2:05.47)…Took 11^th in the 400m (53.73) at the Capital District Classic (4/26/14)…Ran a season-best 2:02.88 in the 800m at the league Outdoor Championship (5/2/14).  

AS A FRESHMAN: Helped the 4x800 meter relay start the season with a first place finish at the Army Crowell Open (1/5/13) with a time of 8:35.15…Same team also took third at the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Championships by finishing at 8:00.95…Named Northeast-10 Conference Rookie of the Week (1/14/13) after finishing 11th at the Yale Collegiate Invitational (1/12/13) with a time of 2:00.81 in the 800 meter…Clocked a 1:08.63 finish in the 500 meter at the Terrier Invite (1/26/13) for 59th place…Finished 17th at 1:59.72 during the 800 meter run at the Great Dane Classic (1/18/13)…Helped the 4x400 meter relay team to four top-ten finishes on the year including a 3:30.29, second place finish at the Dick Shea Open (3/30/13)…The following week he ran the second leg of a third place time of 3:28.42 at the Yellow Jacket Invitational (4/6/13)…Took seventh place in the 1,500 meter run at the Springfield Invitational (4/20/13) behind a time of 4:15.81…Came in at 51.77 at the 400 meter run for 17th place at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/3/13).
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Team captain of the cross country and track teams his senior year at Emerson…Earned All-League mentions three times in both track and cross country during his career…Two-time 800 meter league champion…League champion in the 4x400 meter relay, 1,600 meters and mile…Team won the NJIC Patriot division championship…Also lettered in football and basketball…Earned the Bergen Country Caring Award.
