GENERAL: Member of the Foundation Running Club…Said the passing of his loved ones has influenced him because it shows that life is too precious to take for granted…Admires US Olympian Allyson Felix…Has a cousin who plays basketball at Longwood University…Aspires to earn a medical degree…Favorite move is “Why Did I Get Married?”…Favorite food is spaghetti…Said his best sports moments to date have been winning the 400m hurdles division championship and his heat in the 4x400m relay at the Penn Relays.

AS A SENIOR (Outdoor): Did not compete due to injury...Named to the Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the spring semester.

AS A SENIOR (Indoor): On the 4x200m relay team that ran a 1:36.31, the fourth-fastest time in school history, at Utica (1/14).

AS A JUNIOR (Outdoor): Finished the 400m hurdles in 57.67 at AIC (4/9)...Ran the 400 in 51.44 at UAlbany (4/23).

AS A JUNIOR (Indoor): Completed the 200m dash in 23.30 at BU (2/6)...Finished the 500m in 1:07.31 at the same meet...Crossed the 400m finish line in 52.07 at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/22)...Ran the 800 in 2:10.70 at Villanova (1/8).

AS A SOPHOMORE : Secured personal-bests in all three indoor events…Laid down a 23.46 in the 200m at the Scarlet & White Invite (2/7), and a time of 52.42 in his only showing in the 400m at the Metro Team Challenge (1/23)…Took 14^th and another career-best in the 500m (1:08.56) at the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Championships (2/22)…Part of a small group to attend the Shamrock Invite (3/20), taking a personal-best 23.99 and 16^th in the 200m…Claimed sixth and his personal-record in the 400m hurdles (56.34) at the NE-10 Outdoor Championship (5/2).
 
AS A FRESHMAN: Competed only in the outdoor 400 meter…Collected a season-best eighth place (58.31) at the NE-10 Conference Championship (5/2).

HIGH SCHOOL: Participated in cross country and track…Holds Copiague school records in the 400 hurdles, 600 meter, 800 meters, 4x400m relay, and spring medley relay…Was an All-League, All-Division, All-County, and league and division champion in the 400m hurdles…Earned All-League and All-Division in the 600 meters and 4x400m relay…Garnered All-League in the 800 meter.
