GENERAL: Is also a member of the Saint Rose cross country team…Comes from a family that has been embedded in collegiate athletics…His father ran cross country and track at Siena College, while his mother competed for the soccer and track squads…Has a brother who ran track at DeSales University.
 
AS A JUNIOR: Claimed second place in the Saint Rose record book in the 500m (1:06.90) at Cornell (2/1/14)…Took hold of third in the Saint Rose top-five in the 800m (1:56.02) at the Terrier Invite (1/25/14) and in the 100m (2:30.76) at the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Championships (2/22/14)…Took second in the 400m (1:55.94) at George Davis Invite (4/12/14)…Sits fifth in the program top-five of the 1500m (4:01.79) with a second place finish at the Capital District Classic (4/26/14).

AS A SOPHOMORE: Finished second on a 2:34.90 time in the 1,000 meter at the Tufts Stampede (2/2/13)…Also helped the 4x800m “A” relay team to a fourth place finish at Tufts on a time of 8:07.78…Ran a 4:24.80 mile for 10th place at the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Championships (2/16/13)…Ran the lead leg of the distance medley relay team who finished in 10:55.77 at the NE-10 Indoor Championships for eighth place…Ran the 800 meters at the Yellow Jacket invitational (4/6/13) in 1:58.57 for 13th place…Finished second in the 1,500 meters at the Springfield Invitational (4/20/13) with a 4:06.08 timing…First leg of the distance medley relay team that set a school record 10:10.31 time at the Penn Relays (4/26/13)…Started a fifth place finish at the NE-10 outdoor championships (5/4/13) behind a 7:51.51 clocking.
 
AS A FRESHMAN: Ran the lead leg three times for the 4x800m “A” relay team during indoor…Best time finish came at the Tufts Stampede (2/4/12), clocking a 8:32.22 for an eighth place finish…Finished eighth at the NE-10 Indoor Championships (2/18/12) with a 8:35.71 time…Individually finished 16th at the NE-10 Championships with a 4:29.87 mile…Ran a fifth place mile at Tufts behind a 4:34.38 clocking…At the NE-10 Outdoor Championships, led the 4x800m relay team to a eighth place, 8:28.55 finish…Also finished 10th as an individual in the 5,000m after posting a 16:10.42…Finished third at the same distance at the Springfield Invitational (4/21/12), running a 16:39.37…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the fall semester in recognition for academic excellence.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Part of a combined six Big 10 Championship teams in cross country (2008 & 2009), indoor track & field (2009 & 2010) and outdoor track & field (2010 & 2011) at LaSalle…Earned first-team Big 10 honors in cross country throughout his final three years of competition…Was also a first-team pick outdoors…Owns the 800 meter indoor school record.
