AS A JUNIOR (2015): Picked up a career-best and program top-five spot in the 3000m early in the indoor season with a time of 8:51.86 at the Scarlet & White Invite (2/7)…Took ninth place in the 3000m at the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Championship (2/22) with a time of 8:55.12…Laid down a 16:46.17 in his only appearance in the 5000m at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/16)…Set a Saint Rose record in the outdoor 3000m with a first place finish in 9:13.10 at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/25), subsequently earned league Weekly Honor Roll accolades on 4/29…Took fourth at the NE-10 Outdoor Championship (5/2) with a career-best 9:39.94 in the 3000m steeplechase…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for both the fall and spring semesters. 

AS A SOPHOMORE: Collected a season-best sixth place finish (9:06.72) in the 3000m at Harvard (12/7/13)…Took 16^th in the 5000m (16:29.09) at the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Championships (2/22/14)…Nabbed a program record in the two mile with a 9:48.46 finish at the George Davis Invite (4/12/14)…Sits fourth in the top-five of the Saint Rose 3000m steeplechase (9:41.86) for fourth place at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/2/14). 

AS A FRESHMAN: Finished 12th in the Tufts Stampede (2/2/13) mile behind a time of 4:28.43…Posted a 15:35.72, 12th place finish in the 5,000 meters at the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Championships (2/16/13)…Registered three top-eight finishes during the outdoor campaign in the 5,000 meters…Finished third on a time of 15:44.16 at the Dick Shea Open (3/30/13)…Came in eighth place at the Yellow Jacket Invitational (4/6/13) after running a 15:53.82…Picked up first collegiate victory at the Springfield Invitational (4/20/13) by crossing the line at 15:41.93…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Participated in both cross country and track and field at Mount Ararat…Was a Maine State class “A” runner-up in 2010…Named to the 2010 KVAC All-Star first-team…Selected as a 2010 Maine Sunday Telegram All-Star…Honored on the 2010 Maine State Track & Cross Country Coaches All-State selection list.
