AS A JUNIOR: Was among the club’s top-five on six occasions…Finished 12^th to help guide the Golden Knights to the team title at the Purple Valley Classic (9/24/11)…Crossed the line in 21:44…Wound up fourth at the Golden Knights Joust (10/7/11) in 20:38…Stopped the clock in 19:42.28 at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (10/23/11)…Contributed a time of 24:21.8 over the 6k distance at the NCAA East Regional (11/7/11) to place 45^th among 183 entries…Named to the fall NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE: Earned NE-10 All-Conference Second Team accolades…Finished 14^th overall in a field of 156 entries at the NE-10 Championships (11/7/10)…Was 20^th at the NCAA East Regional (11/21/10) after completing the 6k trek in 23:47…Recorded a time of 24:50 at the same distance at the NCAA Championships (12/4/10) in Louisville…Broke the 20-minute barrier at the Disney World Classic (10/9/10) behind a 19:39.60 clocking and once again at the UAlbany Invitational (10/16/10) by finishing in 19:49.2…Named to both the fall and spring NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Rolls in recognition of academic excellence.
 
AS A FRESHMAN: Recipient of NCAA Division II All-Academic Award from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA)…Named to the fall NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll…Competed in three events…Was among the top-two Saint Rose finishers on all three occasions…Took 24^th at the NE-10 Championships (10/25/09) in a time of 19:40.5…Wound up 37^th among 178 entries at the NCAA East Regional (11/8/09) in 24:47.9…Also completed the 6k layout in 24:08 at the Paul Short Run (10/2/09).
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Competed on the track and field squad in addition to running cross country at Cornwall…Competed at the New York State Federation meet as a senior…Earned the Coaches Award…Also named a team MVP.
