AS A JUNIOR: Opened the year by taking 16^th in the field of 70 at the Shacklette Invitational (9/10/11)…Completed the 5k race in 20.41.8…Followed that up with a 13^th place effort at the Purple Valley Classic (9/24/11) behind a 21:46 clocking…Wound up seventh at the Golden Knights Joust (10/7/11) by covering the three-mile layout in 20:51…Ran her swiftest 5k time of the year with a 20:01.76 clocking at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (10/23/11)…Named to the fall NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE: Repeated as an All-Conference performer after earning second-team honors…Selected as a recipient of the 2010 NCAA Division II Cross Country All-Academic Award from the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for the second  year in a row…Consistently among the top-three Saint Rose finishers in all seven events she competed in…Was 13^th overall at the NE-10 Championships (11/7/10) with a time of 19:07.8…Recorded a 19^th place effort of 23:46 to help the Golden Knights finish second at the NCAA East Regional (11/21/10)…Broke the tape in 24:46 at the NCAA Championships (12/4/10) in Louisville…Broke the 20-minute barrier at the 5k distance on three occasions…Named to both the fall and spring NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Rolls in recognition of academic excellence.
 
AS A FRESHMAN: Earned  NE-10 All-Conference Third Team honors after placing 20^th among 158 participants at the NE-10 Championships (10/25/09)…Covered the 5k layout in 19:29.9, her fastest time throughout the year at that distance…Was the top Saint Rose finisher at the NCAA East Regional (11/8/09) behind a time of 24:40.9 to place 33^rd overall…Took fourth at Le Moyne (10/10/09) after finishing just 52 seconds behind the winning pace…Recipient of NCAA Division II All-Academic Award from the USTFCCCA…Named to the fall NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field at Monticello…School record holder in the 2,000-meter steeplechase…Four-year scholar-athlete award winner…Qualified for the New York State meet in cross country…National Honor Society member…Recipient of the “Service to the School” award.
