GENERAL: Team’s top returning performer…Transferred from the University of Rhode Island two years ago…Has made a tremendous impact while wearing a Saint Rose uniform…Strong runner with plenty of college running experience…Dean’s List student…Best sports moment was breaking the Saint Rose 6k record at the NCAA East Regional last season…Has a cousin, Jenn Westcott, who played softball at Eastern Nazarene College…Said her parents have influenced her the most throughout her lifetime…Enjoys being with her friends, swimming and bike riding.
 
AS A JUNIOR: Was the team’s top performer three times, including the NCAA East Regional (11/4/12) and NCAA Championships (11/17/12)…Placed within the top three for Saint Rose in all six meets she participated in…Finished eighth overall at the RiverHawk Invitational (9/15/12) behind a 5k time of 19:14.00…Wound up 12th by stopping the clock at 19:09.00 during the UAlbany Invitational (9/29/12)…Posted her fastest 5k time of the campaign at the Saratoga Invitational (10/6/12) to finish 13th at a 18:16.56 timing and was later named to the Northeast-10 Conference Weekly Honor Roll (10/9/12)…Finished 25th at the NE-10 Championships (10/20/12) after running a 19:38.40 5k time…Crossed the line at 22:51.50 to lead Saint Rose to a third place finish at the NCAA East Regional…Went 23:13.70 at the NCAA Championships 6k course to place 188th overall…Named an USTFCCCA All-Academic Honoree…Named to the NE-10 fall and spring Commissioner’s Honor Rolls in recognition of the academic excellence.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE: Was the top Saint Rose performer on four occasions…Was fourth among 70 entries at the Shacklette Invitational (9/10/11) with a time of 19:50.1, which was just 13 seconds behind the winning pace…Was subsequently named to the NE-10 Weekly Honor Roll (9/12/11)…Took third to lead the Golden Knights to the team title at the Purple Valley Classic (9/24/11)…Broke the tape in 20:50…Was second at the Golden Knights Joust (10/7/11) behind a 20:30 clocking…Placed 29th at the NE-10 Championships (10/23/11) in a swift 18:58.98, which represents the sixth fastest 5k time in program history…Named to the fall NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
 
AS A FRESHMAN AT RHODE ISLAND: Placed 64th at the Boston College Invitational (9/11/10)...Earned Atlantic 10 Conference Rookie of the Week honors after finishing the CCSU/Ted Owen Invitational (9/25/10) in a 12th place time of 18:49...Placed 94th at the New England Championships (10/9/10) behind a 19:12 clocking...Took 28th at the Brown Invitational (10/15/10)...Wound up 68th at the A-10 Championships (10/30/10)...Also represented the Rams at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championship (11/13/10).
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in both cross country, indoor and outdoor track at Shenendehowa...Was an All-America performer in 2010 in the four mile and the 4x100m relay…The latter was a school record set at nationals...Named a 2010 Spring Scholar Athlete and Most Valuable Senior...Member of the 4x1500m record-setting (19:43) relay team as a senior...School record holder in the 2,000m steeplechase with a time of 6:59.5.
