GENERAL: Transferred from Quinnipiac University prior to last fall…Is a veteran presence…Should figure into the team’s scoring on a regular basis…Currently works as an intern in the Office of Student Accounts at Empire State College…Has a cousin, Brian Massa, who plays lacrosse at the U.S. Military Academy…Enjoys snowboarding.
 
AS A JUNIOR: Valuable contributor during the first half of the season when she was among the top-three Saint Rose finishers in three of her first four meets in a Golden Knights uniform…Took 15^th among 70 participants at the Shacklette Invitational (9/10/11) with a time of 20:36.8…Ended up sixth in 21:03 at the Purple Valley Classic (9/24/11)…Was also sixth at the Golden Knights Joust (10/7/11) after covering the three-mile distance in 20:50…Named to the fall Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
 
AT QUINNIPIAC: Part of two Northeast Conference (NEC) Championship teams as a freshman and a sophomore…Earned the Scholar-Athlete Award both years…Was also a Dean’s List student.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Ran cross country, indoor and outdoor track at Shenendehowa... Member of the section II Indoor & Outdoor Track Champions in 2009... Most Improved Middle Distance Runner as a sophomore (indoor)...Most Valuable Junior (outdoor)…Most Honorable Player as a senior (cross country)...Nike Cross Nationals (NXN) Northeast Regional Open Race Champion (cross country) as a senior.
