GENERAL: Has a middle distance background…Comes from a family that has been embedded in collegiate athletics…His father ran cross country and track at Siena College, while his mother competed for the soccer and track squads…Has a brother, Neill, who runs for Merrimack.
 
AS A JUNIOR: Ran in six races…Garnered a 54^th place finish and his season-best 8k of 27:24 at the Northeast-10 Championships (10/27/13)…Finished second for the Golden Knights in 57^th at the NCAA East Regional with a 33:52.5 10k performance…Was 11^th out of 69 runners at the Purple Valley Classic 5k (9/28/13) with a time of 17:32.2…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the spring semester in recognition of academic excellence.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Finished as the Saint Rose top performer at two meets…Was ninth out of 72 runners and the first Golden Knight across the line at the Purple Valley Classic 5k (9/22/12) with a time of 17:07.00…Ran an 8k personal best of 27:04.81 at the Saratoga Invitational (10/6/12) to place 46th out of 192 runners…Put forth a 10k personal best of 32:02.30 and was the top Saint Rose runner at the NCAA East Regional (11/4/12) to come in 39th out of 188 participants.

AS A FRESHMAN: Took part in all seven meets during his rookie campaign…Was the top Saint Rose finisher at the Harry Lang Invitational (9/3/11)…Covered the 6k course in 23:16.00 in his collegiate debut…Was the third Golden Knight across the line at the NCAA East Regional (11/6/11) behind a 10k time of 35:35.7…Finished eighth at the Golden Knights Joust (10/7/11) in 29:10…Ended up 26^th among 66 participants at the Purple Valley Classic (9/24/11) behind a 5k clocking of 18:14… Named to the fall NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

 
HIGH SCHOOL: Part of a combined six Big 10 Championship teams in cross country (2008 & 2009), indoor track & field (2009 & 2010) and outdoor track & field (2010 & 2011) at LaSalle Institute in Troy…Earned first-team Big 10 honors in cross country throughout his final three years of competition…Was also a first-team pick outdoors…Owns the 800-meter indoor school record.
