Last Time Out: Host Mercy scored twice in the second half including three minutes after Saint Rose forged a 2-1 lead to draw even with the ninth-ranked Golden Knights on Saturday. Sophomore forward Morgan Burchhardt set up both Saint Rose strikes that were deposited by freshman midfielder Danae Kaldaridou and sophomore midfielder Roxana Hernandez. Between the posts, freshman goalkeeper Madison Taylor recorded a season-high six saves.
 
Last Meeting (9/27/14): Burchhardt scored the game's lone goal in the opening minute of the second half when she finished off a feed from senior forward Jennifer Busk. The visiting Golden Knights manufactured an 8-1 corner kick advantage.
 
Scouting Saint Rose (7-1-2/5-1-0 NE-10): Fourteen different players have figured in the scoring column, including Burchhardt whose four strikes ties her with senior forward Silvana Giovannone for the team lead…She is also fourth among the Northeast-10 Conference leaders with a team-best four assists…Taylor is third among the conference leaders with a 0.66 goals-against-average…Saint Rose has manufactured 81 corners while yielding only 28 and has outscored its 10 opponents 25-7…The Golden Knights have gone two consecutive games without a win for only the first time since 2012.
 
Scouting Franklin Pierce (4-4-0/2-4-0 NE-10): The Ravens have dropped three straight after opening the year 4-1…Three of their four setbacks have been by one goal, the lone exception being Saturday's 5-3 defeat at league rival Assumption…Freshman forward Nathalia Maria da Silva is the top scoring threat…She stands fourth in the NE-10 with 15 points behind six goals and three assists…Sophomore Casey Cook and senior Katie Weldon have split time in goal…They own a collective 1.75 GAA.
 
Up Next: Both squads return to action Saturday. The Golden Knights have a 2:00 pm home date with Assumption while the Ravens have a 7:00 pm meeting at Bentley in Waltham, MA.
