The Plot: The College of Saint Rose meets Northeast-10 Conference rival Bentley this afternoon at Sullivan Field at the Plumeri Sports Complex.

Last Meeting (4/6/13): Bentley scored the game-winner midway through the second overtime period to upend Saint Rose 8-7. The contest was close throughout as it stood deadlocked 5-5 at halftime, 6-6 after three quarters, and 7-7 at the conclusion of regulation. Senior attack Brett McAuliffe scored two goals in each half while junior attack Evan Helming finished with a pair of goals and two assists. As for Bentley, sophomore midfielder Matt Brigham wound up with three goals.

Scouting Saint Rose: Saint Rose is looking to bounce back from Tuesday's 16-4 setback at second-ranked Adelphi. Junior defenseman Jake Files is 11th in the country with 2.17 caused turnovers per-game. Meanwhile, freshman goalie Joe Shapiro stands third in the NE-10 with 98 saves.  McAuliffe paces the Golden Knights offense with 22 points via team leading totals of 13 goals and nine assists. Helming has found the back of the net 12 times.

Scouting Bentley: Bentley has won four of its last five, including three straight, following Tuesday's 12-6 victory at conference rival Saint Michael's. Junior attack Cutler Diamond, a transfer from Sacred Heart, leads the squad with 20 points on a team-high 14 goals and six assists. Brigham has 11 goals while freshman attack John Wheeler paces the Falcons with seven helpers. Senior Josh Baker, who was named the NE-10 Goalkeeper of the Week on Monday, boasts an 8.19 goals-against-average.

Up Next: The Golden Knights are back home Tuesday with a 7:00 pm date with NE-10 foe Pace University. Meanwhile, Bentley has a 7:00 pm meeting at Southern New Hampshire on Wednesday.
