AS A JUNIOR: Competed in all but one meet during the year…Had his best outing at the 8k distance at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (10/23/11) after crossing the line 83^rd in 27:24.42…Wound up 24^th among 66 entries at the Purple Valley Classic (9/24/11)…Broke the tape in 18:02…Wound up ninth at the Golden Knights Joust (10/7/11) by covering the five-mile trek in 29:10.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE: Was among the top-three Saint Rose finishers in three races…Posted the swiftest 8k clocking of his career with a time of 27:43.30 at the Disney World Classic (10/9/10)…Broke the tape in 27:45.2 at the NE-10 Championships (11/7/10)…Finished 21^st at the Golden Knights Joust (10/22/10) after completing the 5-mile race in 27:41…Placed 43^rd at the season-opening Shacklette Invitational (9/11/10) in 30:29.1…Also covered the 10k trek at the NCAA East Regional (11/21/10) in 34:33 to finish 79^th…Earned a spot on both the fall and spring NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Rolls in recognition of academic excellence.
 
AS A FRESHMAN: Named to both the fall and spring NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Rolls…Competed in six of the team’s seven events…Ran his fastest 8k time of the year behind a 28:35.80 clocking at the NYIT Running of the Bears (9/19/09)…Was 11^th at Le Moyne (10/10/09) in a time of 31:23…Crossed the line in 29:15.6 at the NE-10 Championships (10/25/09)…Also took 22^nd in 30:34 at the Golden Knights Joust (9/5/09).
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Played volleyball in addition to running cross country and track at Voorheesville…Named the squad’s Most Valuable Runner as a senior…Owns seven school records in outdoor track…Part of school record setting relay teams in the 4x100, 4x200, 4x800, sprint medley and distance medley relays…Also established school record times at the 200 and 400-meter distances…National Honor Society student.
