AS A SOPHOMORE: Ran in five meets…Dished out a season-best 8k of 28:35 at the NE-10 Championships (10/27/13)…Had his highest finish at the Saratoga Invitational (9/20/13), crossing the line in 88^th place amongst 170 runners…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the spring semester in recognition of academic excellence.

AS A FRESHMAN: Took part in five meets…Was among the top-four Saint Rose performers on all five occasions…Ran a season-best 8k time of 26:39.49 at league championships (10/23/11)… finished 54^th among 165 individuals…Was also 51^st out of 178 entries at the NCAA East Regional (11/6/11) after covering the 10k layout in 33:56.4…Finished 13^th in a swift 17:35 at the 5k distance in his collegiate debut at the Purple Valley Classic (9/24/11).

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran cross country in addition to competing for the indoor and outdoor track & field squads at Colonie…Was named to the Suburban Council All-Star Team in cross country…Took part in the New York State Cross Country Championships in addition to the Federation Meet.
