AS A JUNIOR: Team’s top performer…Led the Golden Knights in four out of five meets he participated in…Debuted with a 16th place finish at the River Hawk Invitational 8k (9/15/12) by clocking in at 26:44.00…Recorded a 26:12.00 time for sixth place at the UAlbany Invitational 8k (9/29/12)…Was named to the Northeast-10 Conference Weekly Honor Roll following the UAlbany Invitational (10/1/12)…Lowered his 8k time to 26:06.84 at the Saratoga Invitational (10/6/12) to finish 13th out of 192 runners…Finished 32nd at the NE-10 Championships to pace Saint Rose with a 26:55.80 8k time.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Garnered Team MVP honors twice at Shaker…Lettered in cross country and indoor and outdoor track.
