GENERAL: Expected to once again have a role out of the bullpen…Said his sister, who attends medical school, is a person who has had a great deal of influence on him…Has a cousin, Tom Maston (’93), who also pitched for Saint Rose…Favorite movie is “Top Gun”…Aspires to work for a marketing firm following his graduation from Saint Rose…Works as a baseball camp counselor during the summer.

AS A JUNIOR: Went 2-2 with a 2.59 ERA…Fanned 27 batters throughout 24.1 innings of work…Held opposing hitters to a .222 average…Made two starts and nine appearances in relief…Struck out eight and tossed 4.0 innings of no-hit ball in a 14-0 victory versus St. Joseph’s, VT (4/8/09)…Allowed only three earned runs during his last nine outings…Whiffed five and gave up only one earned run on a hit and two walks in a tough-luck 6-0 season finale loss to Assumption (5/3/09).

AS A SOPHOMORE: Made 11 appearances, second most on the team…Recorded 13 strikeouts in 16.1 innings of work…Issued only one walk throughout his first eight appearances.

AS A FRESHMAN: Made 11 appearances, all out of the bullpen…Fanned 12 batters throughout 21.1 innings of work…Recorded four strikeouts throughout 2.0 innings of relief versus Saginaw Valley State (3/8/07).

HIGH SCHOOL: Named MVP of the baseball and football teams at Milton after his junior and senior seasons…Also earned the distinction as the fourth best player in the state of Vermont in 2006…Played in the Vermont Shrine Bowl Game as a senior…Also named to the North-South All-Star Team as a second team selection.
